Divya Tanwar is one of India’s youngest IAS officers, whose incredible journey of perseverance and determination has inspired countless aspirants. Hailing from Mahendragarh District in Haryana, Divya overcame significant hardships, including the loss of her father at a young age. Her mother worked as a house helper to ensure Divya could pursue her dreams, proving that love and resilience can conquer any obstacle.
At just 21 years old, Divya attempted the UPSC exam for the first time in 2021, achieving an All India Rank (AIR) of 438 and becoming an IPS officer. Refusing to stop there, she reattempted the exam in 2022 and secured an impressive AIR of 105, earning her place as one of the youngest IAS officers in India.
Divya credits her success to her mother’s unwavering support and the guidance of her mentor, Vikas Divyakirti, who holds her in high regard as one of his favorite students.
Her inspiring story—from a small village to the prestigious IAS—reminds us that with hard work, resilience, and a strong support system, no dream is out of reach. Divya Tanwar’s success stands as a beacon of hope for anyone striving to overcome challenges and achieve greatness.
